Famous Dogs

-Fala was a famous Scottish Terrier, the dog of U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Is cosidered one of the most famous pets in the White House. Fala became famous during the Presidency of Roosvelt and captured the attention of the public becoming part of Roosevelt's public image.

- Rin Tin Tin the famous German Shepperd, known as the dog who save Warner Brothers studios from banckrupcy. The original Rin Tin Tin made 26 movies from 1922-1931 and his lineage continued his legacy in films since then until 2006 with Rin Tin Tin VIII.

- Gidgit the female Chihuahua, who featured in a Taco Bell advertising campaign as the "Taco Bell Chihuahua.", She also played the role of Bruiser's mother in Legally Blonde .

- Dog was one of the first animals domesticated by humans.

- The oldest dog in the world was "Bluey" an Australian Cattle Dog. The dog died in 1939 at the age of 29 years and five months.
